Please note that there are no refunds for customized items. Orders requiring major logo retouching, custom-drawn graphics or complex designs are subject to an additional design fee.
Because we try to make every order just right, custom orders may take up to 2-4 weeks before shipment, depending on complexity. Most in-stock items can ship within a few days. Please contact us for any rush orders.
