By using or accessing any of Moonlight Laserworks, LLC’s (“the company”, “us”, “we”) services (“the services”, “our services”) and Website (“www.moonlightlaserworks.com”, “the Website”), you (“the customer”, “your”, “your business”) are agreeing that you have read, understand, and accept our terms of services and privacy policy.  If you are using the services for or on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that organization, and you represent and warrant that you can do so. References to “you”, “your” and similar terms are construed accordingly in this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms in this Agreement, you may not use or access the services or website.  This website is not intended to be used for those under the age of 18 years of age.  If you are under 18 years of age or do not agree to the terms of service or privacy policy, do not use the website or services.  Your continued use of this website signifies that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as they may be amended.

Refund and Return Policy

We will accept a return of a “stock” item within 14 days of shipment.  Any product returns to Moonlight Laserworks, LLC will be required to be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging including all registration materials, accessories and/or documentation.  Any product return must be approved, in writing, by Moonlight Laserworks, LLC to receive a credit/refund.  The product must be returned to Moonlight Laserworks, LLC via USPS at PO Box 515, Peerless, MT 59253 or courier at 51 Butte Creek Rd, Peerless, MT 59253 within 10 business days of the acceptance of return.  Shipping or Freight Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the customer is responsible for any shipping of product returns.

Please note that we do not accept any returns for custom products or specials orders.  Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Moonlight Laserworks, LLC.

NOTE: Moonlight Laserworks, LLC recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and declare the full value of the shipment (or insure it) to make sure that you are protected if the shipment is lost of damaged in transit.  We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues but will not be liable for products that are lost or stolen during shipping.

Customized/Personalized Products

We are pleased to be able to offer products which are custom configured to your specifications and encourage you to review your order carefully.  There are NO REFUNDS on customized product orders.  For this reason, when ordering a customized item, please carefully check that the text is free of any spelling or typo errors, dates are correct, and the correct font is selected.  If you receive a proof of your customized product, please double check that everything is exactly to your specifications, as it will be created exactly as shown. 

Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled once in production.

We are open and supportive of all races, religions, genders, orientations, creeds, breeds, colors, sports, hobbies, and professions.  And while we love a good meme, hilarious graphic or quote, Moonlight Laserworks, LLC holds the right to refuse ANY custom orders based on hate, discrimination, violence, or anything that does not align with our values.  These orders will be respectfully cancelled, and the customer will be refunded and notified of the cancellation by e-mail, private message, or telephone (depending on primary communication method). 

Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Orders

Moonlight Laserworks, LLC will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. 

If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, you can request that your company be set-up for tax-exempt status.  Be prepared to provide proof of your state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped.  The organization name on the order must exactly match the state-exempt certificate.  Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.  We are currently unable to automatically remove the sales tax from online orders, and would refund the sales tax amount once approved or the customer could place their order via e-mail to moonightlaserworks@gmail.com or by telephone to (406) 927-3776. 

International Orders

Moonlight Laserworks, LLC will currently accept orders from the United States and Canada.  The customer is responsible for sales tax, duties and import fees.  These fees may come as a separate charge from Moonlight Laserworks, LLC after the initial purchase and by placing an order, you are accepting that this may occur.  Moonlight Laserworks, LLC is not responsible for any order that is stopped or lost while going through customs.

Delivery

Please inspect your package(s) to see if there is any damage when you receive it.  Never sign for any packages before you inspect them.  We recommend that you open each package regardless of the exterior of the packaging since there can be concealed damage.  Once you sign for and/or accept the package, it becomes your sole responsibility.  Please document any damage as much as possible, including but not limited to, taking pictures/videos, and refusing shipment.  All damage claims must be filled within 48 hours of delivery.  No claim can be processed after that time and it will be up to you to file the claim with the carrier.

Sales, Pricing and Discounts

All pricing is subject to change without notice.  Moonlight Laserworks, LLC holds the right to cancel, alter, or adjust any orders made in error or posted on the Website with an incorrect price value.  Any sales, discounts, or discount codes advertised on Website or with Moonlight Laserworks, LLC are solely at the discretion of Moonlight Laserworks, LLC. If your order does not qualify for the sale or discount, Moonlight Laserworks, LLC holds the right to refund, cancel or adjust the purchase price of your order.  Discount codes are only valid at time of purchase and the order cannot be adjusted or refunded after purchase. 

Payment Processor

We use third party payment processors (“Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to either you or your Account.  The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processor, in addition to this Agreement.  Our current Payment Processors are Stripe, Square and Paypal/Venmo and your payments are processed in accordance with each processor’s terms of service and privacy policy.  You agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms.  You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide with your Account.  We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Processor to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if the payment has already been requested or received.

The content on this Website, such as text, graphics, images, information obtained from Moonlight Laserworks, LLC’s manufacturers, suppliers and other entities and other material (collectively, “Content”) is for informational purposes only.  Any information furnished on this Website it not intended nor implied to be advice.

Your reliance upon information and content obtained by you at or through this website is solely at your own risk.  IN NO EVENT SHALL MOONLIGHT LASERWORKS, LLC BE LIABLE OR OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) TO YOU, OTHER PERSONS, OR PROPERTY ARISING FROM ANY USE OF ANY PRODUCT, INFORMATION, IDEA, GRAPHIC, TEXT, OR INSTRUCTION CONTAIN IN THE CONTENT.
