We will accept a return of a “stock” item within 14 days of shipment.  Any product returns to Moonlight Laserworks, LLC will be required to be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging including all registration materials, accessories and/or documentation.  Any product return must be approved, in writing, by Moonlight Laserworks, LLC to receive a credit/refund.  The product must be returned to Moonlight Laserworks, LLC via USPS at PO Box 515, Peerless, MT 59253 or courier at 51 Butte Creek Rd, Peerless, MT 59253 within 10 business days of the acceptance of return.  Shipping or Freight Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, and the customer is responsible for any shipping of product returns.

Please note that we do not accept any returns for custom products or specials orders.  Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Moonlight Laserworks, LLC.

NOTE: Moonlight Laserworks, LLC recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and declare the full value of the shipment (or insure it) to make sure that you are protected if the shipment is lost of damaged in transit.  We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues but will not be liable for products that are lost or stolen during shipping.
